We’re Proud to Sponsor Celebration in the Oaks 2020!

Sponsoring City Park’s largest fundraiser, Celebration in the Oaks
This year marks the 35th anniversary of City Park’s largest fundraiser, Celebration in the Oaks, and we’re proud to be a sponsor of such a wonderful holiday tradition. The event consists of a beautiful driving tour through the park — a two-mile trek featuring over a million twinkling lights and light displays, many of them annual favorites including DinoBration, Buggin’ Out, Jackson Square scenes, Mister Bingle, ornaments in oak trees, Victoria the Unicorn, Pirate ship, Flamingo Island, Toyland and more. In addition to the driving tour, there are “add-on activities” available in Carousel Gardens for those who’d like to take a train ride, enjoy hot chocolate, roast marshmallows or go to Storyland. And there’s even a 2020 commemorative ornament that you can purchase and receive at the start of your driving tour.
Make memories with your family
The fundraiser is more important than ever, as 2020 has been a difficult year. As a self-funded attraction with an annual budget of about $22 million, City Park gets about 90% of its revenue from weddings and galas booked in its spaces and venues, and from fees for its attractions. Unable to host those events, City Park’s revenue is way down. But you can help – and make memories with your family – by buying tickets to Celebration in the Oaks, as proceeds benefit the maintenance, care, and beautification of the park.
Buy your tickets today
Keep in mind that tickets must be purchased in advance and online only at celebrationintheoaks.com. When purchasing, you’ll choose a date and time to experience the driving tour and any add-on activities, and only a certain number of tickets are available for each time slot. You’ll show your mobile phone or printed QR code upon arrival, and enter the queue to begin the tour, which lasts approximately 30-45 minutes.
