The Warehouse – 3014 Dauphine Street

A great co-working spot found in Bywater, this renovated warehouse offers one of the top options in New Orleans. The building provides exposed brick, very high ceilings, concrete floors and a modern design. The Warehouse offers a ton of shared space to enjoy and some private offices. Members gain access to lockable storage, permanent desks and all the necessary amenities. You can even try this spot out for just $50 a week.
