Parade Schedule for Mardi Gras 2018

Mardi Gras is just around the corner and parades have already begun. It’s one of the most popular times for visitors to flood into New Orleans and for locals to be out and about enjoying the city.
So many great parades are on the schedule for this year. Some will feature celebrities, while others will feature royalty and there will be no shortage of maskers, marching bands, flambeaux carriers and others throughout the parades.
Beads will be tossed; doubloons will be given outs and plenty of trinkets will take over the city. It’s known as “the greatest show on Earth” and it all officially starts on January 6th with the Phunny Phorty Phellows Streetcar Ride in Uptown at 7pm.
