Hispanic American Heritage Month Rêve Agent Spotlight: Lazaro Suarez, Vivian Grandal, and Jon Caside

Every year, National Hispanic Heritage Month is observed from September 15th to October 15th. During this time, we celebrate the histories, contributions, and cultures of Hispanic and Latinx Americans. As a time to recognize and honor the tremendous influence Hispanic Americans have had on the world, we want to highlight three of our amazing Hispanic and Latinx agents.

Lazaro Suarez

As a first-generation American, Lazaro Suarez grew up learning how far hard work and determination could take you. He recalls watching his parents navigate the challenges of starting over as small buisness owners in a brand new country. Over the years, his parents fulfilled their American dreams as their small business grew, which served as the catalyst for Lazaro’s real estate career. Due to circumstances outside of his control, Lazaro faced similar challenges to his parents within his real estate career. However, his persistence led him to become a top-producing agent in the Greater New Orleans market. Lazaro finds joy in assisting his clients find the home of their dreams. He hopes to impact the lives of his clients in the best way possible, just as they do for him.

Vivian Grandal

Originally from Miami, Vivian Grandal credits her beautiful blend of Latinx heritage as the foundation for who she is. After beginning her real estate career in Miami, Vivian transitioned to New Orleans in 2013 and became a full-time agent six years later. Through the years, Vivian has made it her mission to curate a real estate experience her clients will remember for a lifetime. She prides herself on ensuring her clients have a stress-free real estate journey that is easy to navigate. Vivian gives her all to serving her clients and does her absolute best to put their needs first.

Jon Caside

Born to Honduran parents, Jon Caside has spent most of his life in New Orleans. After attending Tulane University, Jon found himself surrounded by real estate developers who encouraged him to take a leap of faith and transition into the real estate industry. Following his first spec home project, Jon grew a passion for real estate and was motivated to become a full-time agent. Jon credits the mentorship of seasoned agents as the key to his success. His love of community has helped him to establish a successful real estate career. Jon cherishes building lifelong relationships with his clients and helping them to design their future.
