Upcoming Event: Bayou Country Superfest

Memorial Day Weekend is a very big weekend for events in New Orleans. The Bayou Country Superfest will be held on this weekend at the Mercedes-Benz Superdome. This event will feature plenty of top acts and has become a Memorial Day tradition for the area. It used to be held at Tiger Stadium, but was moved and became even larger.

This year, the Bayou Country Superfest will cover three days and will provide plenty of incredible entertainment. The festival will begin on Friday, My 25th with a new event called “A Salute to America.” This event will include a massive firework display over the Mississippi River at night and will provide plenty of fun.

Music Lineup

Plenty of top musical acts will take the stage on Saturday and Sunday. Randy Houser will be the Saturday Night Entertainment with Michael Ray and Runaway June. This will be a free concert at Champions Square for all to enjoy.

On Sunday, May 27th, some of the biggest names in country music will take the stage. George Strait is the headliner joined by Chris Stapleton, Little Big Town, Kacey Musgraves and Midland.

The price for Sunday admission starts at $49 and goes to more than $400. Each level of ticket is a bit different with most of the VIP tickets including better seats, Special gifts, access to special bars and food and more.

Parking

You can easily park at the Superdome or in nearby public parking for the regular daily fee rate.
