Conti Street has plenty of excellent French Quarter restaurants. With so many to choose from throughout this New Orleans neighborhood, it can be hard to find the right one. Here’s a look at some of the top options on Conti Street.
Broussard’s – 819 Conti Street

Found just one-half block from Bourbon Street, Broussard’s is a great choice for an elegant meal out. They offer three dining rooms overlooking the wonderful courtyard. It’s a great place for romance and offers a menu filled with classic Creole dishes. Broussard’s has been around for nearly 100 years and still serves some of the best dishes in the French Quarter.
Salon Restaurant by Sucre – 622 Conti Street
Found on the second floor, the Salon Restaurant offers Brunch and High Tea in the French Quarter. Plenty of incredible desserts are found on the menu, along with small plates and other options. They offer Brunch and Tea service from 10am to 4pm daily with bottomless mimosas. They also offer a happy hour from 4pm to 7pm with appetizers, wine and cocktails.
Oceana Grill – 739 Conti Street
This is the place locals choose when it comes to just about any meal. Oceana Grill serves breakfast, lunch and dinner. They are also open for late night meals and offer some of the best crab cakes you will find in the area. The restaurant is also known for the char-grilled oysters and it’s best to get a reservation if you want to enjoy Oceana Grille.
Cafe Conti – 830 Conti Street
A casual spot for breakfast and lunch, Cafe Conti specializes in healthier items. This is the place for Creole food. Even though it’s one of the newest choices, it has already made a splash. Cafe Conti offers plenty of great options throughout the menu and a casual atmosphere.
Hoa Hong 9 Nine Roses – 620 Conti Street
If you’re looking for something other than New Orleans cuisine, Hoa Hong 9 Nine Roses offers Vietnamese and Chinese food in the French Quarter. It’s rather different compared to many of the options, but the prices are also very affordable here.
The Bombay Club – 830 Conti Street

Serving dinner, The Bombay Club is known as a bit of a hidden gem in the French Quarter. It’s known for serving local cuisine and the live music. They also provide one of the largest selections of specialty martinis in the entire city.
Somethin’ Else Cafe – 620 Conti Street
Serving American and Creole cuisine, Somethin’ Else Cafe offers plenty of great comfort food options. It’s found right in the heart of the French Quarter and you’ll feel like you’re eating at grandma’s house.
St. Patrick’s Coffee House – 933 Conti Street
While it’s certainly a coffee house, St. Patrick’s is also a whiskey bar. It’s found in the Irish Cultural Museum and offers breakfast and lunch options.
