A Special Cocktail in Our Honor

Owen Haddow of The Delachaise crafted a delicious Mardi Gras cocktail in our honor called “The Reveler”, and we’re excited to share it with you. Featuring the colors and flavors of Carnival, it’s best enjoyed with their famous goose-fat fries. Check it out, and get it while you can! (P.S. The Delachaise is a wine bar and restaurant that will remain open through Mardi Gras.)

What’s In The Reveler Cocktail:

  • 1 oz. Yellow Chartreuse
  • 1 oz. Green Chartreuse
  • .5 oz. Grapefruit Juice
  • .75 oz. Simple Syrup
  • Rinse of Violette
  • Luxardo Cherry Garnish
