Meet Caitlin Brewster and Kristie Yancey, two of Reve | Realtors top-producing agents! These bonafide Louisiana ladies are taking the New Orleans real estate market by storm! Caitlin and Kristie both possess that one-of-a-kind charm only New Orleanians have. Mix that charisma with their cultivated brilliance and you get one dynamic real estate duo.
New Orleans Charm Takes The World.
Both born and raised in New Orleans, Caitlin and Kristie are residents of Uptown and have lived in the area for the majority of their lives. Caitlin attended Mt. Carmel Academy for high school, earned her Bachelor’s degree from Louisiana State University, and received her MBA from Loyola University of New Orleans. While in school, Caitlin had the opportunity to attend several student exchange programs. She was able to study in Holland, Spain, Beijing, and Shanghai. Kristie attended Metairie Park Country Day School and earned her Bachelor’s degree from the University of Georgia. After earning their degrees, the two ladies settled into careers within the sales industry. Caitlin’s career in marketing moved her to Boston, then Miami and Kristie relocated to New York City to work for the clothing line Veronica Beard.
From REtail to REal Estate.
After working in the sales industry for several years, both ladies decided to return to their hometown of New Orleans. As they settled back into the city, they transitioned into a new industry, real estate. In 2015, Caitlin Brewster began her career as a real estate agent in hopes of creating a more flexible schedule to suit her lifestyle. At the time, she was looking to be more present in her young children’s lives and felt a career in real estate would give her the change she needed. Three years later, Kristie Yancey was looking to become her own boss. Kristie reached out to Caitlin for advice, and Caitlin reassured her beginning a career in real estate would be something she’d never regret. From there, the two ladies formed a partnership and joined Rêve in 2020.
Caitlin and Kristie’s Formula For Success.
Thanks to their extensive careers in sales, Caitlin and Kristie are experts in building and maintaining successful relationships. Establishing strong connections with their clients is Caitlin and Kristie’s top priority. They make sure to ask the right questions, thoroughly listen to their clients’ needs and wants, and provide the type of dependability buyers and sellers long for. In addition to this, Caitlin and Kristie incorporate their mommy superpowers into their selling styles. The duo uses their keen instincts and precise attention to detail to help them find the perfect listings for their clients. And like most mothers, they make it their business to always have the answer. “Our clients know they’re getting the best possible advocate for their sale or purchase. Customer service is the number one goal,” says Caitlin and Kristie.
Although Caitlin and Kristie primarily work in the Uptown and Metairie areas, they enjoy selling in the entire Greater New Orleans market. As native New Orleanians, the ladies have a deep appreciation for the city and its culture. “New Orleans is a small town with world-class amenities. Our market is filled with unique, beautiful neighborhoods that attract the coolest people,” says Caitlin and Kristie. They are passionate about introducing clients from all over the world to this amazing place they call home.
Life Beyond Real Estate.
Outside of real estate, Caitlin and Kristie value family and community immensely. The two ladies are wives and mothers, as well as active community volunteers. Caitlin and Kristie both sit on the board for the inaugural fundraiser, Zoo-To-Do, which benefits Alliance For Sustainable Wildlife, Caitlin has even served as past chair for the event. Caitlin is also a board member of the Junior League, Kappa Kappa Gamma New Orleans alumnae group, and Louisiana Museum Foundation. As if Caitlin and Kristie aren’t busy enough, these two keep their schedules filled with various hobbies as well. Kristie is skilled in creating needle-point ornaments and stockings and Caitlin loves fitness classes!

It’s been six years since Caitlin transitioned into her real estate career, she now has the perfect work-life balance she once strived for all while becoming a top-producing agent. Caitlin was named as a 2020 Platinum Top Producer at Rêve and received the 2020 Spirit Award for Reve at the Top Producer Luncheon. And Kristie is now the boss she’s always wanted to be, in the workplace and at home, becoming a proud mommy to her newborn son, Hunt.
