When Rêve | Realtors was founded in 2018 by Clint LaCour, Joey Walker, Tracey W. Moore, and Ryan Wentworth they had one mission in mind: to create a local brokerage that did more than just buy and sell homes—the partners wanted to develop a company that built and fostered meaningful relationships within the New Orleans community. Their goal was to establish a brokerage that consisted of experienced agents whose top priority was their clients. For the partners, their main focus is the people they serve, both as their clients and within the community.

Outside of building impactful relationships with their clients and the community, a major component to Rêve’s formula was creating the perfect dream team of real estate agents. Upon launching Rêve, the partners hand-selected top producing agents to join the brokerage. Three years later, those initial agents still call Rêve home.

Now.

Over these past three years, Rêve has proven their philosophy on real estate is more than successful. Based on data provided by NOMAR, within the brokerage’s first two years they were able to establish themselves as the No. 1 office in total market share in Orleans Parish. In 2020 Rêve had a market share of over 8.5%, closed 782 sales, and had a sales volume of over 335 million with an average of 32 days on market. And that was just in Orleans Parish! On top of this, the brokerage doubled its agent roster in 2020. Proving the Rêve approach is the blueprint to follow.

The most recent milestone Rêve | Realtors is celebrating is hitting $1 Billion in Sales. The brokerage now has over 100 agents and an office staff dedicated to not only the success of the company but the city and community of New Orleans.

Rêve | Realtors believes in the importance of sharing their success. Their Rêve Cares initiative supports a New Orleans-based non-profit organization monthly and emphasizes the importance of others giving back as well. In addition to this, the brokerage often organizes community events and volunteer days. It is essential to the company that they support the people of the city who have given them so much.
