They’re particularly proud of the design consulting work they do with sellers to freshen and update homes before listing those properties. And they’re also adept at helping buyers update older properties into dream homes. Their secret sauce? Joe explains why they’re such a dynamic duo: “Brett’s strength is his eye for design and immediately knowing what it will take to bring something together aesthetically. And my specialty is the project management and scheduling to get it all done, which can be overwhelming to many people.”

Managing Renovation Projects

With a full crew of their own resources to call upon – from talented architects and carpenters to electricians and plumbers – Joe and Brett manage renovation and design projects from start to finish.

Adds Joe, “Many times, we’ll have a seller client whose home isn’t quite ready to go to market. So, we’ll go in and renovate, freshen, update, and landscape, so that they can see the return on their investment when they sell.” In fact, very few of their seller clients list as is, without making Joe & Brett’s recommended updates. Because Joe and Brett represent both sellers and buyers equally, they know what people want; and they’re thrilled that clients on both sides of the process trust them to get it done.
