With over 130 festivals happening in the city each year, it should come as no surprise that New Orleans is the festival capital of the world. In this city, festin’ is a lifestyle. Whether you’re a music lover, a certified foodie, or a mixture of the two, there is a festival waiting for you. Hogs for the Cause marks the official start of festival season in April, and the fun lasts until Southern Decadence Labor Day weekend Besides the obvious reasons to love festival season, each fest benefits a great cause, and who doesn’t love to party for a purpose?
