#2. Attend Krewe Of Boo Parade

October 23rd

Krewe of Boo is an inaugural Halloween parade that takes place in New Orleans. The parade rolls through the New Orleans French Quarter and passes many of the city’s landmarks like Jackson Square and St. Louis Cathedral. The floats are spooky works of art and attendees wear their best costumes. Like every parade in New Orleans, Krewe of Boo is a spectacular time of fun!

#5. Attend Bayou Classic

If you’re a football fan then you have to attend the Bayou Classic! Bayou Classic is an inaugural event featuring football team rivals Grambling State and Southern University. This event is historical amongst New Orleanians and HBCU attendees. Fans, alumni, locals, and more flock to the Superdome for a weekend of amusement. Outside of the showdown game, the weekend includes a parade, fan festival, and Battle of the Bands event. The big game takes place Saturday, November 27th.
