Can you believe these BEFORE and AFTER photos of 2021 Dumaine Street? 

It always breaks my heart to see the face of a historic home “erased” by inappropriate renovations over the years.  Not only were the original doors and windows stripped from this house, they covered it in fake brick siding!  Thankfully, the brackets were intact and Kex Design Build thoughtfully brought the rest of the historic façade back to life with proportional windows, transoms, shutters, and wide plank wood siding.  Inside, they opened up the former double shotgun into a bright open single family home that boasts a mixture of original and reclaimed hardwood, as well as modern designer tile in the bathrooms.
