Where do I begin. Our realtor Dana has been such an incredible resource through the entire (daunting) process of searching for our home. A journey that has taken my husband and I nearly a year - she has remained patient, optimistic and professional. My favorite part of working with Dana is her honesty. Not only does she point out the exciting features of a home but more importantly brings attention to anything of concern that we would never have noticed. This is very appreciated as someone who has zero knowledge or experience in home buying. She encouraged us to look at properties even if we weren't very excited about them, explaining that each house will help us learn more about what we really want in the long run and what we want to avoid (she was right). She is proactive but never pushy, and always quick to set up appointments for houses that we wanted to see. She is an incredibly diligent person and notably kind. I broke my right ankle in January and was unable to drive, she picked me up on three separate occasions to bring me to viewings. I could not recommend Dana more as a realtor or as a friend, she has certainly found the right profession. Anyone who is able to procure her services is fortunate to have her on their team.

Anthony Watley is a responsive real estate agent who truly listens to what his clients say they are looking for. When a home doesn't fit the client's ideal, he is supportive and quickly identifies alternatives. It's easy to see that Anthony cares about his clients, and he wants them to feel good about their choice. He's knowledgeable about architecture and landscape architecture and would point out external and internal issues with the homes we viewed. He would also validate our concerns and would reassure us when certain issues were easily fixable. When my partner and I were in negotiations for our top choice, Anthony was an excellent advocate, and we felt great about the outcome. We are in our dream home now, and we credit him with helping to make it happen. He's a great thought partner and resource for all of our real estate questions. We would absolutely work with him again!
