No one returns calls or emails, requested to see a house for over a week and did not get a response. No wonder the houses with their signs sit for sale the longest on any block!! Edit after response. My phone number was provided, I exchanged a few emails with the listing agent who then went dead silent for 4 days. I even sent a follow up email about viewing the property at the end of the week and no response! The agency had my number, I just asked to be contacted through email to start with!! I contacted the info@ to attempt to view the property and Clint responded and I emailed back and then he too went silent, the listing agent never contacted me, and he wants to pass blame onto a buyer for not providing a phone number that was provided initially. I am wondering how it is they "consistently demonstrate strong results for our clients their clients" when they don't respond to basic communication. I believe he is referring to listings that sell quickly based on demand vs having to put work in, which is what Linda needed to do by reading an email and responding to it!! The information online does not lie, their properties sit longer than others, and its clearly because they lack professionalism and accountability!!

Knows What She's Doing. Very supportive, patient, and listens well. Sees all the possible scenarios ahead of time and is able to closely predict outcomes. It's great to know that there are things that we just never had to figure out because she was so far ahead of us.
