About Broadmoor

A sub district of the Uptown/Carrollton area, Broadmoor is a very popular place to call home in New Orleans. It's bound by Eve Street to the north, South Claiborne Avenue and Jefferson Avenue to the South, Octavia Street to the West and Tolenano Street to the east.

The Broadmoor neighborhood includes the Broadmoor Historic District, which was added to the National Register of Historic Places in 2003 and became larger in 2007. The neighborhood is found close to Central City, Milan, Gert Town, Maryville/Fontainebleau and Freret. These surrounding communities make the location even more appealing for home buyers.
