Introducing Rêve’s Agents Advisory Committee
Rêve proudly announces our new Agent Advisory Committee (AAC). At Rêve we are committed to our agent's growth and believe our agents should have a voice in helping to identify and prioritize enhancements and improvements to our systems, processes, and technology stack. The Agent Advisory Committee (AAC) serves as this voice, representing all Rêve Realtors agents.
What is the Agent Advisory Committee (AAC)?
AAC membership reflects a cross-section and representation of all of our agents. A total of 8 members will be invited or nominated to join our AAC. AAC members will serve a one-year term and will meet monthly as needed, with a minimum of 4 meetings yearly.
The AAC Mission Statement is: “A select group of Realtors to partner with the Rêve Leadership team and staff to provide feedback and validate the most relevant issues pertaining to real estate agent tools and processes.”
The AAC validates or invalidates these priorities, assists with enhancements where agent preferences are involved, and evaluates potential new agent tools.
The Term will run for one year, starting December 1st and ending November 30th annually.
