Vivian Grandal embarked on her real estate journey in 2013 by managing her family’s rental properties before officially earning her real estate license on Halloween 2018. Driven by a genuine passion for helping clients navigate one of the biggest financial decisions of their lives, Vivian is committed to ensuring every transaction is smooth, transparent, and rewarding.

A graduate of Florida International University with a degree in Sociology and a minor in Psychology, Vivian brings a unique blend of empathy and communication skills to her real estate practice. She is also a certified Historic House Specialist, adding depth to her ability to guide clients through homes with character and charm.

Vivian enjoys a balanced approach to real estate, thriving in both buyer and seller transactions. Fluent in Spanish, Vivian is also able to assist Spanish-speaking clients throughout their real estate journey.

Outside of real estate, Vivian cherishes time with her family—her husband, Dan, and daughters Olivia and Amelia Claire . When she’s not helping clients, you’ll find her enjoying New Orleans, reading, relaxing, or exploring the city with her family.
