After a decade as a commercial broker, she expanded her horizons into residential real estate renovation and development across Colorado, Florida, Louisiana, and Wisconsin. During her time in commercial real estate, Toni became proficient in all aspects of the field, with a particular focus on office and retail transactions in the Central Business District and Warehouse District submarkets.
