Before transitioning into real estate, Shontrell owned and operated an all-male group home for mentally challenged men, where she developed strong relationship-building skills and a deep understanding of trust, communication, and advocacy. That experience continues to shape the way she supports clients through important life decisions.

A graduate of John F. Kennedy High School, Shontrell attended Southern University at New Orleans and later completed her real estate education through Donaldson Educational Services, earning her Louisiana real estate license. She especially enjoys working with buyers and helping them navigate the process with confidence while finding a place they can truly call home.

Known for being driven, professional, and approachable, Shontrell is recognized for going above and beyond for her clients while bringing positive energy to every interaction.

Outside of real estate, Shontrell enjoys traveling, exploring new cultures, and spending time with her two dogs, Lola and Gio. She is also a fragrance enthusiast who appreciates the small details that leave a lasting impression.
