Renée Eads brings over 25 years of expertise in residential real estate and nearly two decades specializing in relocation. Her deep understanding of the process helps families and professionals transition seamlessly into new communities, turning what can be an overwhelming experience into a smooth and manageable journey.

 

Renée's passion for relocation is rooted in her own story. Growing up, she moved frequently, experiencing life in multiple states across the U.S. These transitions gave her firsthand insight into the challenges of starting fresh in unfamiliar places. After spending a decade as a travel agent, she transitioned to real estate, combining her love for connecting with people and helping families feel at home in new cities.

 

Known for her meticulous attention to detail and vast network of connections, Renée is a trusted resource on both local and global levels. Her expertise has earned her invitations to serve on educational and sales panels at national relocation conventions. She also holds some of the industry's most prestigious designations, including Certified Relocation Professional (CRP), Senior Global Mobility Specialist (S-GMS), Global Destination Specialist (GDS), and Global Relocation Professional (GRP). As a former Vice Chair and Chair of the LeadingRE Advisory Council, she has played a pivotal role in shaping best practices for relocation professionals worldwide.

 

Beyond her professional accomplishments, Renée is a passionate mentor and guide for agents and relocation experts. She ensures each transaction is handled with precision, following industry standards to provide the highest level of service. Renée's dedication extends beyond real estate. She volunteers with local charities and organizations, including SNAP and pet rescue groups, and has served on the Houston Livestock Show and Rodeo - World Championship BBQ Cook-Off Committee since 2010. A proud mom of a University of Houston graduate, she finds balance through travel, Pilates, yoga, HIIT, and spending time with her family.
