Michael A. Newcomer started his real estate career in 2015 and joined Rêve Realtors in 2020. Working in neighborhoods across the city, he specializes in addressing the multi-faceted needs of first-time homebuyers, military families, and those looking to renovate their dream home.

Born in Germany to a career Army officer, Michael has spent his life traveling, learning and adapting to new countries and environments. Michael earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Interdisciplinary Studies with a Minor in Theatre from Slippery Rock University in Pennsylvania. After 20 plus years traveling the country, in both the corporate and art worlds as an Actor, Consultant, and Marketing Director, Michael relocated to New Orleans from New York City and purchased and renovated an 1847 Greek Revival home in Uptown New Orleans. He fell in love with the idea of combining his artistic and analytical skill sets into a real estate career and has quickly become a top producer.

Michael is particularly experienced at listening to and working with buyers to help them figure out what’s most important to them. Known as thoughtful, loyal and honest, clients have praised his patience and responsiveness.
