Lance’s passion for real estate began in childhood, riding his bike through his childhood neighborhood, Stonebridge and admiring the local agent who seemed to have every listing. His fascination grew as he rode the St. Charles Avenue streetcar home from De La Salle High School, captivated by the grandeur of the historic mansions. After earning his degree from LSU’s business school in 2008, he launched his real estate career the following year.

 

Recognized early as Rookie of the Year and Rising Star of the Year for his entire board, Lance’s dedication to excellence has consistently placed him among the top 20% of agents. He has served on the Agent Leadership Council and holds the Accredited Buyer Representative (ABR) and Seller Representative Specialist (SRS) designations.

 

Lance is known for his calm demeanor, professionalism, and problem-solving skills. He treats every client like family, safeguarding their investments as if they were his own. Outside of real estate, he’s passionate about giving back, traveling, spending time with his significant other, and nurturing his ever growing plant collection. He also shares his home with Henry, his four-legged bundle of joy.

 

In a commitment to making a difference, Lance donates 100 pairs of socks for every home he sells, earning him the title of Humanitarian of the Year and the affectionate nickname "The Sock Man" from those who benefit from his donations.
