She also holds three coaching certifications, specializing in performance coaching through The Institute for Professional Excellence in Coaching (earned in 2020).  Additionally, her real estate certifications include SFR (Short Sale and Foreclosure Resource) and Luxury Home Sales, further enhancing her ability to guide clients through various transactions.

 

Katie specializes in the Greater New Orleans area, serving Orleans, Jefferson, and St. Tammany parishes. Clients often compliment her ease of communication and ability to break down complex processes into clear, manageable steps.

 

When she’s not working with clients, Katie enjoys spending time with her four children, exploring nature, meeting new people, and engaging with the community. She also finds joy in quiet moments, reading and writing with a cup of hot tea in hand.
