Courtney LeBlanc

Agent

Courtney Kiel is a real estate professional based in South Louisiana, recognized for her sharp eye, design fluency, and deep understanding of place. Growing up between California and Texas, she developed an early appreciation for landscapes, architecture, and the quiet narratives embedded in the built environment.

She studied Art History with a minor in Arts Management at Sweet Briar College, which continues to influence her sensitivity to proportion, materials, and historical relevance.

Courtney is the Director of the Louisiana Chapter of the Institute of Classical Architecture & Art (ICAA). She actively promotes classical architecture and design. She also serves on the board of the Louisiana State Museum (Cabildo), where she participates in the Collections and Architectural Review Committees.

She founded Ann Zola Objets d’art, a brand dedicated to vintage handbags and accessories. This venture is more than a vintage shop; it’s a place for storytelling across objects, travel, and time. Her passion for storytelling informs her real estate work, where she approaches each property with an editorial approach—carefully curating, positioning, and presenting homes to highlight their architecture and prospective futures.

Whether advising clients, preparing listings, or collaborating on new projects, Courtney integrates design, history, and strategy to bring clarity, purpose, and a strong sense of place to her work.
