He was first introduced to real estate through family—his grandfather was a broker and real estate agent—which gave him an early appreciation for the impact a home can have on people’s lives. That legacy, combined with his passion for New Orleans architecture and culture, inspired him to pursue a career where he could pair his creative instincts with his love for serving others.

Before transitioning into real estate, Chase earned three degrees from the University of Louisiana at Lafayette, including a Master of Music in classical piano performance. He founded The Chase Conservatory, a New Orleans-based music school, and worked as a vocal coach for Warner Bros. films and celebrity clients—experiences that sharpened his communication, adaptability, and attention to detail.

He’s especially passionate about working in New Orleans' most architecturally rich areas, such as the Uptown, Garden District, and French Quarter, but his love for the city extends well beyond its borders.

Outside of real estate, Chase is a proud husband and dog dad. He and his husband, Tyce, share their life with a goldendoodle named Finn. He’s also a former competitive figure skater, a Broadway enthusiast, and a frequent visitor to New York City.
