Candace Hasan brings over 20 years of real estate experience, combining strong business insight with a genuine commitment to guiding clients through important financial and life decisions. She approaches each transaction with a focus on education, honest advice, and thoughtful advocacy.

Candace holds a Bachelor of Science in Business from Ball State University and an MBA from Indiana Wesleyan University. A licensed Broker Associate, she also serves on the Board of Directors for the Gulf Coast Association of REALTORS® (GCAR), bringing industry leadership and market knowledge to her work.

With particular experience serving veterans, first-time homebuyers, and real estate investors, Candace helps clients understand their options and develop strategies around their individual goals. From navigating VA benefits and first purchases to building wealth through real estate, she is known for clear communication, accessibility, and making complex decisions easier to understand.

Her commitment to the profession has earned her recognition as a Top 10 REALTOR® at Stars and Stripes Realty, along with leadership as Chair of GCAR’s Beer & Wine Festival, the association’s largest annual fundraiser.

Outside of real estate, Candace enjoys traveling, serving her community, and spending time with her two adult daughters. She values lasting client relationships and remains a trusted resource well beyond the closing table.
