Allison M. Falgout enters real estate with more than 22 years of experience in construction, design, and project management, giving her a strong technical and creative foundation. She holds a B.S. in Interior Architecture and Design with a minor in Art History from Florida State University, and spent 18+ years as a certified cost estimator, where she became known for her accuracy, organization, and ability to keep complex projects on track.

Allison’s passion for architecture and design began early, growing up in Destin, Florida, where she saw firsthand how real estate can transform communities and create opportunity. Her background allows her to help clients evaluate renovation potential, understand construction costs, and prepare homes for market with an eye for aesthetics and value.

Known for being friendly, trustworthy, and dependable, Allison is praised for her reliability and her ability to adapt seamlessly when plans change. She is eager to work with both buyers and sellers and is excited to serve clients in residential and commercial real estate across New Orleans.

Outside of real estate, Allison enjoys tennis at NOLTC, Pilates, walking in Audubon Park, traveling with her husband and daughter, and supporting her daughter’s equestrian competitions. She has lived in New Orleans for 11 years and loves the city’s architecture, culture, and individuality.
